Each offer has individual terms and conditions of use and we advise these are carefully checked. Read information carefully and if you have any doubts please contact the voucher promoter directly.

‘Keep it Cornish’ makes no assurance as to the suitability of included businesses in relation to their premises, services or products. Any dissatisfaction or complaints should be taken up directly with the provider. However we are happy to receive any reports from book users where services or products have been very poor.

‘Keep it Cornish’ is not responsible if any establishment breaches its contract or refuses to accept the vouchers. However every effort will be made to secure compliance.

All discounts and offers in the ‘Keep it Cornish’ book are valid on presentation of a valid voucher. Amended, photocopied or defaced vouchers will not be accepted. A reservation is recommended when redeeming a ‘Keep it Food’ or ‘Keep it Food - Fine Dining’ section offer. 

To receive your discount present your voucher to the participating business. Unless otherwise stated you may only use the offer once, and may only use one voucher per customer. You may not combine the offer with any other promotion or offer.  

Any use of an offer in violation of these rules will render the offer void.

Prices are subject to change without notice and are correct at the time of going to print.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated and are not for re-sale. Voucher value 0.0001p.

‘Keep it Food’ and ‘Keep it Food - Fine Dining’ offers are not valid for use on major holidays, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve/Day and New Year’s Eve/Day.

A full refund will be honoured for books returned under the 30 day money back guarantee. The returned book must be unused and all vouchers fully intact.

We reserve the right to vary terms and conditions of use of the ‘Keep it Cornish’ book by posting changes on our Website. Please see our Website for our terms and conditions and privacy policy. 

The ‘Keep it Cornish’ book and its offers are intended for the personal use of the individual purchaser of this book. The barter, trade sale, purchase or transfer for compensation of this book, in whole or in part or any of its offers, is strictly prohibited. The use of this book or any of its offers for advertising purposes, in any form, is strictly prohibited.

Disputes
